The Administrator Bay is a key part of using our laptops. Because the laptop has no connectivity to its ports, the only way to get content on or off the machine (documents, videos, updates, etc) is by using our Administrator Bay.
The Administrator Bay is configured to automatically to allow a user to sync his or her user data to its external storage device anytime the laptop is plugged in. The Administrator Bay also allows Admin staff to sync all user data to the storage drive. This creates a record of all data created by each user. This also enables you to transfer data to a Windows computer for printing or to transfer data to a thumb drive for posterity.
The Administrator Bay includes a 2TB proprietary storage system. We recommend one Administrator Bay per room you plan to store the computers in (many computers can share one Administrator Bay).
